Austin and Patrick

Austin and Patrick were playing on one of our play dates at the beach. Patrick was showing Austin how to use an intertube. They were having the best time until I looked out and Austin's upper body got too high and he went head first into the water. His feet were flying in the air. Cat was closest so she reached him first. Austin was scared so he didn't want to go back into the water after that but he carried the intertube around for the rest of the day. Even when we went to the park, he carried it all over the jungle gym. Patrick, who is 4, told me " It is okay if he wants to play with it, but at the end of the day they are both going home with me" He is a smart little boy. We really enjoy hanging out with Patrick, Ian, and their mom Cat.
