November 24th 2004, Austin Chase Strong came into this world. Mommy went to the hospital 2 days before for a stress test and the babies heart rate was elevated so they decided to induce labor 2 weeks early. After 36 hours of labor and no progress Austin was delivered via Csection. Daddy was rooting for you to be born a little earlier so we could still make it to Thanksgiving dinner! LOL We spent Turkey Day in the hospital and Auntie Sue and Uncle Lonnie brought us left over plus the hospital tried to make a Thanksgiving dinner.
It was love at first sight!
Austin was born with a head of dark hair that fell out shortly after and grew back blond
Mommy miscalculated how small you would be and packed your huge jammies that you swam in!
We brought throw away cameras to the hospital and developed the film later. We will need to scan thoses pics onto the computer soon!
